 Ingredient· 5 tomatoes, diced

· 1 Korean cucumber, sliced
· 1 green capsicum, chopped
· handful chopped basil
· good handful chopped parsley
· 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
· 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
