Small Green Chillies may be small, but they can pack a serious punch. They can be used in a variety of different Asian-style dishes and can be served raw as a garnish, added to a stir-fry or blended into a curry paste. These small chillies are very spicy, however, if you want a milder flavour, remove the seeds and pith before cooking.
